Hey, I'm Oli!

I used to be the bloke on site who was always tired, carrying extra weight, smashing the mess food and telling myself I’d “start next swing.”

Working FIFO cooked my body and head… until I finally built a structure that worked
on roster and at home and turned it all around.


Now I coach FIFO workers because I know exactly how hard it is to stay in shape with 12-hour shifts, nightshift & R&R blowouts and I know how much better life feels when you get it right.
